| 摘 要： | 目的：了解原发性肝癌（PHC）切除后经门静脉化疗辅以高压氧（HBO）对肝功能的影响。方法：26例患者在通常状态下（非HBO组）和17例在0．25MPa（2．5ATA）HBO状态下（HBO组），采用FMC方案经门静脉化疗并在化疗前及化疗后1周，抽取外周静脉血进行生化及凝血酶原时间测定。结果：（1）HBO组化疗前后肝功能损害比较，无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；（2）非HBO组肝功能损害明显高于HBO组（P＜0．01）；（3）非HBO组凝血酶原时间延长高于HBO组（0．01＜P＜0．05）。结论：在0．25MPa压力下吸纯氧配合经门静脉化疗可明显减少肝功能损害，因而可能对PHC切除后的综合治疗起到辅助作用。

| Abstract: | Aim: To study the effects of portal vein chemotherapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) on hepatic function after resection of primary hepatocarcinorna (PHC). Methods: 26 patients under ordinary condition (non-HBO group) and 17 patients under 0. 25 MPa (2. 5 ATA) HBO (HBO group)were given portal vein chemotherapy with FMC scheme. Biochemical tests including prothrombin time(PT) were made with venous blood specimens drawn right before and one week after the treatment for comparison. Results:There were no obvious difference in impairment of hepatic functions after one week of treatment in the HBO group as compared with before the treatment(P>0. 05). Obvious differences in impairment of hepatic functions between the HBO and non-HBO groups were found (P<0.01 ).PT in non-HBO group was longer than that in HBO group (0.01
