老年肾综合征出血热131例临床特点分析

目的：分析老年肾综合征出血热的临床表现特点，总结诊断与治疗的体会。方法：对131例60岁以上的老年HFRS患者进行回顾性分析，并与同期收治的120例青年HFRS进行比较。结果：老年HFES重型和危重型病例多，死亡率6．11％；肾功能损害严重且持续时间长；并发症多，其中肝功异常占92．6％，肺部感染占39．68％，肺水肿28．57％，肾性高血压71．43％，黑便20．63％，营养失衡(12．69％)。结论：老年HFRS病人早期临床表现常不典型，病程持续时间长，合并疾病和并发症多，死亡率高。应提高早期诊断率，注意并发症的防治。

Clinical characteristics of 131 elder patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome

Objective:To analyze characteristics of elder patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) and make up the experience of diagnosis and treatment .Methods: Clinical data of 131 elder patients(>60 years) with HFRS were analysed, compared with that of 120 younger adult HFRS patients in the same period. Results:The majority of elder HFRS patients were severe type with high mortality (6.11%), and were found with severe damage and slow recovery of kidney function. They had huge complications, such as abnormal liver function (92.6%), pulmonary infection (71.43%), pulmonary edema (28.57%), renal hepertension (71.43%), dark stools (20.63%), nutrition disequilibrium (12.69%). Conclusion: The elder HFRS patients were characterised as a typical manifestations in the early fever periodwith long lasting course, huge complications and high mortality. Great attention should be paid to those patients for early diagnosis and correct prevention and treatment of their complications.
