丝裂霉素C三种应用方法对防止翼状胬肉术后复发的比较

目的；研究Mitomycin C不同的应用方法对防止翼状胬肉术后复发的作用。方法：采用随机分组的方法对83例112眼原发性胬肉进行对照研究，Mitomycin C的应用方法分别为术中应用，术后1周内及手术1周后应用。结果：Mitomycin C三种应用方法均可降低翼状胬肉术后的复发率，但术后1周应用Mitomycin C组角膜创面愈合延迟。结论：应用Mitomycin C可有效地防止翼状胬肉切除后复发。

A Randomized Trial Comparing the Recurrence after the Three Procedures of Mitomycin C Application to Excision of Primary Pterygiun

Purpose: To investigate the rate of recurrence after bare scleraexcision of primary pterygia followed by three procedures of Mitomycin C application. Methods A prospective clinical trial of 83 patients (112 eyes) was assigned randomly to four groups. 19 patients were in control, 20 received Mitomycin during operation, 22 received Mitomycin C for one week after surgery and 22 received Mitomycin C one week post-opetatively. Results The recurrence rate in the four groups was 32.1%, 8.3%, 16.1% and 20.7% respectively after an average follow-up of 8.7 months. Delayed heal in comea wound happened in patients who received Mitomicin C after surgery. Conclusion Each procedure of Mitomycin C applicaion could prevent the recurrence effectively. Receving Mitomycin C during surgery was a very simple and effective method.
