非特异性间质性肺炎37例临床分析

目的探讨非特异性间质性肺炎（NSIP）的临床特征、诊断与治疗,提高对该病的认识。方法对2003年1月-2006年12月广州呼吸疾病研究所经病理证实的37例非特异性间质性肺炎住院病例进行回顾性研究,结合文献分析其临床表现、影像学、诊断和治疗方法。结果本组NSIP37例,男16例（43．2％）,女21例（56．8％）,男：女=4：5。平均年龄54岁。临床均有咳嗽、气促症状。体检有Velcro音13例（35．1％）。29例肺功能检查示：轻度限制性通气功能障碍,弥散功能中度下降。结论NSIP是一种独立疾病,诊断依靠临床一影像一病理诊断确立。经纤支镜肺活检是NSIP病理诊断的重要取材方式。

Nonspecific interstitial pneumonia: analysis of 37cases

Objective To review clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment in patients with nonspecific interstitial pneumonia (NSIP).Methods A rctrospective analysis of 37 patients with NSIP confirmed histopathologically studies. All patients were admitted to the Guangzhou Institute of Respiratory Disease during 2003-2006. Results 37 cases were identified as NSIP. Mean age was 54 years, 43.2% were men, 56.8% were women. The most common symptoms were cough and dyspnea. 35.1% had crackles on auscultation.29 lung functions showed mild restriction functional impairment and diffusion function descent moderately. Comclusion NSIP is an independent disease. iagnosis depend on clinical, radiologic and pathologic effort. Transbronchial biopsy plays a very important role in diagnosis of NSIP.
