聚合牛血红蛋白抗原性的初步研究

目的 研究乙醇醛聚合的牛血红蛋白的抗原性。方法 （１）将聚合的牛血红蛋白按免血量的１０％和２０％分别输入兔耳缘静脉，免疫多次，ＥＬＩＳＡ检测抗体。（２）将聚合的牛血红蛋白、人血红蛋白和兔血红蛋白分别与免疫佐剂混合，按常规免疫家兔，并以上述３种抗原分别包不同的聚乙烯板，ＥＬＩＳＡＳ检测每一种怕与３种抗体交叉反应滴度。结果 聚合牛血红蛋白和人血红蛋白均产生抗体交叉且有交叉反应。结论这两种血红蛋白可能有

The initial study on antigenicity of polymerized bovine hemoglobin

ObjectiveTo investigate the antigenicity of polymerized bovine hemoglobin.MethodsPolymerized bovine hemoglobin solution was infused into the vein of rabbits in many times, while polymerized bovine hemoglobin, human hemoglobin and rabbit hemoglobin were mixed with freund adjuvant respectively and then immunilized the rabbits by general methods.Polystyrene microtitre plates were coated with various hemoglobin including polymerized bovine hemoglobin, human hemoglobin and rabbit hemoglobin. Titre of the antibodies were tested by ELISA.Results1. No antibodies of polymerized bovine hemoglobin appeared in vein infusion. 2. Antibodies of polymerized bovine hemoglobin and human hemoglobin appeared after rabbits being immunized, moreover, there were the cross reaction high level.ConclusionPolymerized bovine hemoglobin and human hemoglobin share most of the epitopes of antigen. Antibodies did not produce after rabbits being immunized by their hemoglobin. [
