脑出血的危险因素分析

目的探讨脑出血的危险因素,制定针对危险因素的防治规划。方法采用1:2配比病例对照研究,对288例脑出血患者、其它疾病对照者及健康对照者,分别进行了73个项目的测查。结果(1)高血压病史、高血压、高体重指数、脑血管病遗传史、高血糖、高胆固醇、高甘油三脂、食肉、蛋、盐过多、吸烟、饮酒量大、睡眠时间过长为脑出血的危险性因素。(2)午睡、文体活动、服用降压药、经济情况好、开展健康教育为脑出血的保护性因素。结论防治脑出血的根本措施为:持续降血压、减体重、降血脂、降血糖、控烟、控酒、减少盐肉蛋的摄入量、适当进行文体活动、积极开展健康教育。

Perilous factors of intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To explore the perilous factors of intracerebral hemorrhage and make measures to prevent perilous factors. Methods In the ratio of 1:2, a case-control study was done among 288 cases composed of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage, ones with other diseases and healthy people as controls, and 73 items were examined in them. Results (l)The perilous factors of intracerebral hemorrhage include history of hypertension, high blood pressure, weight index, smoking, hypertriglyceridemia, high blood sugar, family history of cerebrovascular disease, alcoholism, intake of too much meat, egg and salt. (2) Protective measures include noontime snooze, sports activities and health education. Conclusion The basic treatment and preventive measures are to control blood pressure; reduce weight; control blood sugar and fat, quit smoking and drinking, reduce the intake of meat, egg and salt. Besides, sports activities are necessary. It is also important to develop health education.
