60例老年高血压患者血胰岛素水平与血脂、血糖的关系分析

目的研究老年高血压病患者血胰岛素、血糖和血脂水平的变化以及相关的影响因素。方法对60例老年原发性高血压患者进行口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)和胰岛素释放试验(IRT)，同时测定血中胰岛素、血糖和血胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白的水平。结果老年高血压患者血胰岛素、血糖、血胆固醇及甘油三酯水平升高，高密度脂蛋白水平降低。结论高血压患者存在胰岛素抵抗(ISR)，而且与血压、年龄和体重指教(BMI)密切相关。

Relationship between insulin,plasm lipid and blood glucose in 60 eldly hypertensive patients

Objective To study the changes of insulin,blood glusose and plasm lipid and their associations with relative factors.Method Blood insulin,plasm lipid and blood glucose were measured while oral glucose toleration test and insulin release test were carried on in 60 eldly essential hypertensive patients and 58 normal subjects.Results It was shown that insulin,blood glusose,cholesterol,triglycerides were higher in eldly essential hypertensive patients than in normal subjects,high density liperprotein was lower in eldly essential hypertensive patients than in normal subjects.Conclusion These suggest that insulin resistance esists in eldly essential hypertensive patients.It was founded that statistically significant correlations existed between ISR and blood pressure,age and BMI.
