上海市社区健康咨询服务点工作评价研究

目的对上海市社区开展的健康咨询服务点工作进行评价研究,探索社区健康咨询服务的有效模式。方法通过小组访谈、现场考察和问卷调查等形式,对上海市一社区健康咨询服务点工作进行需求评价、过程评价和效果评价。结果35岁及以上居民对社区健康咨询服务的需求较高,而居民对社区健康咨询服务点的知晓率较低,居民到咨询点的咨询率不到5%。干预组接受过咨询的居民对高血压六项核心知识的知晓率明显高于未接受过咨询的居民,也明显高于对照组的居民。结论社区健康咨询服务点对开展居民健康教育起到了重要作用,能在一定程度上满足居民对健康教育的需求。为提高咨询服务质量,需要今后进一步加强管理、加大宣传力度,规范工作程序,强化培训等工作。

Evaluation on community health counseling spots in Shanghai

Objective To evaluate community health counseling spots in Shanghai,and to provide evidence for effective mode of community health counseling.Methods Needs evaluation,process evaluation and effectiveness evaluation were conducted by group interview,on-the-spot study and questionnaire on community health counseling spots.Results Residents over 35 years old needed community health counseling spots most,but few residents knew the community health counseling spots and less than 5% responders had utilized service offered from counseling spots.The awareness rate of six-item core knowledge of hypertension among residents with counseling in intervention group was higher than that among them without counseling in the same group,and also higher than that among residents in control group.Conclusion Community health counseling spots play an important role in health education among community residents,basically meets the needs of residents.It is necessary to strengthen management and propaganda,normalize the process of service,and train the staffs to increase the quality of counseling service.
