舒适护理在自体骨髓单个核细胞移植治疗急性心肌梗死患者中的应用

目的探讨舒适护理在自体骨髓单个核细胞移植治疗急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果。方法将62例接受自体骨髓单个核细胞冠状动脉内移植术患者随机分为对照组28例和实验组34例，对照组接受常规护理，实验组接受舒适护理。在出院前分别对两组患者进行术后舒适度、健康教育达标率、患者对护士服务态度及护理效果满意度调查。结果实验组术后舒适度、健康教育达标率、患者对护士服务态度及护理效果满意度均明显优于对照组（均P〈0．01或P〈0．05），且实验组术后并发症明显低于对照组（均P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论对自体骨髓单个核细胞冠状动脉内移植术患者实施舒适护理，可使患者在心理、生理上以最佳的状态配合手术治疗与护理，同时也可提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Application of comfort care in the acute myocardial infarction patients undergoing autologous bone marrow mononuclear cell transplantation

Objective To explore the role of comfort care in the acute myocardial infarction patients undergoing autologous bone marrow mononuclear cell （ABMMNC） transplantation. Methods 62 patients undergoing intracoronary ABMMNC transplantation were divided into two groups： experiment group and control group. The routine care was given in the control group of 28 patients, while the comfort care in the control group of 34 cases. The comfort degree, standard-reaching rate of health education, the degree of satisfaction with service attitude and effect were investigated in the two groups respectively before they were discharged. Results The comfort degree, standard-reaching rate of health education, the degree of satisfaction with service attitude and effect of the experiment group patients were better than those of the control group patients （P 〈 0.01 or 0.05）. The complication rate in the former group was also significantly lower than that in the latter group （P 〈 0.01 or 0.05）. Conclusions Comfort care can help the patients undergoing intraeoronary ABMMNC transplantation completely cooperate with procedure and nursing. This will play an important role in enhancing nursing quality and satisfaction of the patients as well.
