摘    要:为了探讨必需脂肪酸与鳞屑性皮肤病的关系,用气相质谱法分析了寻常型银屑病,性联隐性鱼鳞病,寻常型鱼鳞病和正常对照组的血清和血清磷脂脂肪酸的组成,结果:银屑病组C^420、C^422、C^522显著低于正常,而C^218、C^318及C^320明显升高。

Abstract:In order to investigate the relationship between essential fatty acids (EFAs) and scaling diseases, we detected the constituent of fatty acids in serum and serum phospholipids of psoriasis vulgaris, recessive X linked ichthyosis, ichthyosis vulgaris and normal control The results showed that C 4 20 C 4 22 andC 5 22 of serum EFAs significant decreased and C 2 18 C 3 18 and C 3 20 significant increased in PV group than in normal group ( P < 0 01) Compared with normal group, C 3 20 , C 4 20 , C 4 22 , C 5 22 lower and C 2 18 , C 3 18 higher significantly in 2 ichthyosis groups ( P < 0 01) Further EFAs analyses in serum phospholipid indicated that there were no significant differences in C 2 18 , C 3 18 between 3 patient group and norm al control It suggested that C 2 18 and C 3 18 drived from foods were not deficient, and EFAs especially arachidonic acid deficiency may explained the scaling of corneocyte hyperproliferation Serum C 3 20 increased in PV group but decreased in 2 ichthyosis groups significantly suggested that there were desaturatase abnormality in PV patients and elongatase abnormality in RXLI and IV patients
