健康教育对门诊病人就医行为的影响

目的 探讨健康教育对门诊病人就医行为的影响.方法 随机抽取门诊病人,进行问卷调查,内容包括健康教育前后焦虑状态、有无选择正确科室就诊、药品价位、对医保的消费心态等变化和对医疗服务的要求等.结果 健康教育后门诊病人到适诊科室就诊的比例增加(x2=150.05,p＜0.001),希望开既便宜、医师又认为合适药物的患者比例明显增加(x2=150.05,p＜0.001);在消费心态方面,对就医手续繁琐不满的患者比例下降,对服务质量和医疗费用方面的不满亦有所下降(x2=63.755,p＜0.001);同时,健康教育后门诊病人对医院医疗服务要求有显著的提高(x2=63.755,p＜0.001).结论 健康教育对门诊患者的就医行为产生了明显的良性影响,加强门诊病人的健康教育是医疗机构适应新形势的重要方面.

Effects of the Health Education on Hospitalizing of the Outpatients

Objective:To study the effects of the health eduction on hospitalizing of the outpatients.Method:500 outpatients were sampled randomly to complete the questionnaires of their hospitalizing.The items include the changes of the selection of the department and the drugs,the custom mental,and the requires for the community health service.Result:The data showed that the ratio of patients with right departments was increased as well as the patients selecting cheaper drugs.In the aspect of the changes of custom mental,the number of patients who were unsatisfied to the complex of medical insurance proceed was also decreased.At the same time,the requires for community health service became higher after the health education.Conclusion:There are positive effects on hospitalizing of the outpatients after health education.
