微波辐射对家兔小脑运动性学习记忆功能的影响

摘    要:目的观察微波辐射对家兔小脑运动性学习记忆功能的影响。方法选择建立牢固瞬膜条件反射的家兔48只,随机分为对照组和微波辐射组(包括辐射后0、3、24、72h4个时相点,每个时相点6只兔),辐射组给予平均功率密度90mw/cm2的微波辐射30min,测定辐射后家兔的即刻肛温并计算比吸收率值;检测辐射后各时相点家兔瞬膜条件反射的变化。结果90mw/cm2微波辐射后即刻家兔肛温升高2.98℃,SAR值为5.75kCal/kg;瞬膜条件反射在辐射后0h显著降低,3h后基本恢复至正常水平。结论90mw/cm2微波辐射30min能使家兔机体产生明显热效应,并损害小脑的运动性学习记忆功能。

Effect of microwave irradiation on motor learning of rabbit cerebellar: An experimental study

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of microwave irradiation on motor learning of rabbit cerebellar. Methods Forty eight rabbits were trained for seven days to form eye blink condition, and then the rabbits were divided randomly into control and microwave irradiation group(including 0 hour, 3 hours, 24 hours and 72 houm subgroups after irradiation, 6 rabbits per time-point), rabbits accepted 90 mW/cm2 microwave irradiation for 30 minutes, rectal temperature were detected immediately after irradiation and specific absorbtion rate (SAR)value were calculated, eye blink condition were detected immediately after irradiation. Results Rectal temperature of rabbits increased 2.98℃ after electromagnetic irradiation, SAR value was 5.75 kCal/kg, eye blink condition decreased significantly after irradiation. Conclusion After 90 mW/cm2 microwave irradiation for 30 min, rabbits body occur heating effect obviously, and rabbit cerebellum motor learning function are injured significantly.
