| 摘 要： | 应用免疫荧光标记流式细胞仪检测 15例急性 SCI患者外周血淋巴细胞 CD3、CD4、CD8表达的变化 ,与正常人群进行比较。结果发现急性 SCI患者 T细胞 CD3、CD4和 CD4 / CD8比值显著低于正常组 (P<0 .0 1)。这表明急性脊髓损伤后机体T细胞免疫功能受到严重损伤 ,可能与脊髓损伤后机体易受感染状态有一定联系。

| Abstract: | The expression of T lymphocyte subpopulations in peripheral blood of patients with acute spinal cord injury(SCI) was studied. The T lymphocyte subpopulations were determined by immunofluorescence labelling and flow cytometry in 15 cases of acute spinal cord injury patients.The data were compared with those of the healthy donors. It was found that the CD3, CD4 cells and the CD4/CD8 ratio were significantly lower( P <0.01) in the SCI patients than those in the controls. The immune status of patients with acute spinal cord injury were severely depressed. |
