| 摘 要： | 本文报告474例老年病人食管、贲门癌围术期处理的经验体会。474例中上段癌54例,中段癌236例,下段癌94例,贲门癌90例。本组切除率95.6％(453/474)。术后发生并发症19.4％(90/474),死亡20例,死亡率4.20％。本文重点讨论了术前合并症的治疗,术后管理,ICU监护,胸内吻合口瘘的早期再手术治疗,及其对降低术后并发症和死亡率的作用。

| Abstract: | This paper presented the experiences on management of perioperative periods of the patients with esophageal and cardic carcinoma treated by surgery. All patients were over 60 years of age. There were 416 males and 58 females. The lesion were located at upper third in 54, middle third in 236, lower third in 94 and gestric cardic in 90. The resective rate was 95.6%. Of the 474 patients, 19.4% developed complications. Operative mortality was 4.2%. In this paper, the importance of pre-operative treatment of complications, post-operative management and I.C.U., and early surgical repair of anastomods fistula for decreasing complication and mortality after operation were discussed. |
