经皮冠状动脉介入治疗陈旧性心肌梗死的疗效观察

目的评价陈旧性心肌梗死患者行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)的长期疗效。方法选取78例陈旧性心肌梗死合并不同程度并发症的患者,介入组42例行经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA)及支架植入术,药物组36例常规药物治疗,对比治疗1后年两组患者心功能改善及心脏事件的发生情况等。结果两组患者治疗1年之后,心功能均有明显改善(P<0.05),但介入治疗组效果明显优于药物组(P<0.05),与药物组相比,介入组心脏事件发生率明显下降(P<0.05)。结论 PCI可明显缓解陈旧性心肌梗死患者的症状,提高患者的生存质量,改善预后。

A clinical research of PCI for treating of obsolete myocardial infarction

Objective To assess the long-term effect of percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） in patients with the obsolete myocardial infarction.Methods 78 patients with old myocardial infarction in patients with complications of varying degrees of consolidation were selected,42 in the observation group with percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty and stent,36 in the control group with regular medication.The improvement of cardiac function and occurrence of cardiac events of patients in the two groups were compared after the treatment for one year.Results The cardiac function of patients in the two group all had improved significantly after treatd for one year （P〈0.05）,and the effect in observation group was better than that in control group （P〈0.05）.The occurrence of cardiac events in observation group decreased more than that in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion PCI can significantly improve the cardiac function and life quality of patients with old myocardial infarction.
