摘    要:目的:建立可视化褶合变换红外光谱法鉴别中药材血竭的新方法。方法:采集傅立叶红外光谱图、采用聚类分析法和可视化褶合变换光谱变换软件以及相关系数判别定性鉴别不同产地的血竭药材。结果:16个样品的可视化褶合变换红外光谱图显示,国产、进口血竭、草血竭差异显著,与红外光谱、聚类分析结果一致。该法可以有效地鉴别不同来源血竭药材,与经典的形态分类学鉴别方法结果基本一致。结论:该方法是一种快速、简便、低耗的新型分析技术,可用于血竭中药材的定性鉴别。

Abstract:Objective:To identify Resina draconis with Fourier transform infrared spectrometry and correlation coefficient by visualization of convolution transform. Methods; Visualized convolution fingerprint diagram, clustering analysis were adopted for the spectrum with Fourier transform infrared spectrometry to identify Resina draconis of different habitats. The similar coefficient was employed to evaluate the fingerprint diagram. Results: The visualized convolution fingerprint diagram of 16 samples showed that Chinese and imported Resina draconis had significant differences,which were consistent in some degree with those of morphologic study like infrared spectrometry and clustering analysis. Conclusion; This method is rapid, simple and low-cost, and it can be used in the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine.
