南京地区医务人员对药品不良反应报告认知情况的调查

目的了解南京医务人员对药品不良反应的认识情况，找出药品不良反应报告率低的原因。方法采取分层随机抽样方法，对选定医院内的医务人员通过自填式问卷调查的形式进行关于药品不良反应知识的调查。结果共调查960人，获有效问卷为791份，有效应答率为82.4％。医务人员对药品不良反应概念答对率为28．4％。67．8％的医务人员曾遇到过不良反应，76．6％的医务人员认为报告临床所见的药品不良反应是自己的职责，然而仅有38．8％的医务人员曾经报告过药品不良反应，主要报告机构为地方药品不良反应监测中心，没有报告的原因主要是不知道报告程序（53．3％）。97．6％的被调查对象认为有必要加强药品不良反应知识的教育。结论医务人员对药品不良反应认知情况不容乐观，对药品不良反应上报意识还不够强、对报告体系还不够了解，应加强宣传教育。提高药品不良反应的认知水平。

Study on the level of knowledge and attitude toward adverse drug reactions among medical staff in Nanjing city

Objective To investigate the knowledge and attitude of medical staff in Nanjing on adverse drug reactions （ADR） and to identify the reasons for low reporting rate. Methods By stratified and random sampling, a questionnaire survey was conducted in selected hospitals. Results 28.4% of the interviewees knew the definition of adverse drug reactions. 67.8% of medical staff had ever encountered ADR during their practices, but a majority of them did not report to the national monitoring center or other relevant departments. The major cause of low reporting rate was ignorant about the requirement and the reporting process. They mainly reported ADR to local monitoring center. Conclusion To some extent, the knowledge of ADR among medical staff had been improved. But generally, medical staff had little knowledge on the basic ADR knowledge. Propaganda and health education should be strengthened to improve the ADR consciousness of medical staff.
