肾衰方延缓早期慢性肾功能衰竭的临床研究

目的:观察中药肾衰方延缓早期慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为2组。对照组予卡托普利及低蛋白饮食治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予以中药肾衰方(由党参、白术、麦冬、生牡蛎、大黄、当归、丹参、赤芍等组成)。主要观察2组肾功能进展、营养状况以及主要临床指标的差异,评估肾衰方对肾存活率的影响。结果:2组治疗后主要临床症状与实验室指标均获得改善,但治疗组在降低血肌酐水平、提高内生肌酐清除率、改善生活质量等方面优于对照组;治疗组与对照组分别有2例和7例患者到达随访终点,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:肾衰方能够显著延缓CRF患者肾功能进展,具有良好的临床应用价值。

A Clinical Study of Shenshuai Fang for Delaying Early Chronic Renal Failure

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Shen-shuai Fang (SF) for delaying early chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods: 100 cases were allocated to 2 groups randomly, the control group was treated by captopril and low protein diet and the treatment gruop by the above treatment adding with SF( composed of Radix Codonopsis, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Radix Ophiopogonis, Concha Ostreae, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix An-gelicae Sinensis, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, etc. ). The renal function, nutritional status and chief clinical parameters were observed to evaluate the effect of SF on renal failure. Results: The chief clinical symptoms and laboratory parameters were improved in both groups, but the decrease of blood creatinine, the increase of clearance rate of endogenous creatinine and the improvement of life quality were more obvious in the treatment than in the control group. Two cases in the treatment group and 7 cases in the control group attained to the follow - up end - point, the difference being significant ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: SF can markedly delay the progress of ranal function in CRF, and is valuable for clinical application.
