氨溴索佐治新生儿肺透明膜病的临床观察

目的:探讨氨溴索治疗新生儿肺透明膜病的临床疗效。方法:选取我院间收治的80例新生儿肺透明膜病患儿,平均分为两组,对照组按常规治疗方法保温、监测生命体征及血气分析、氧疗、抗生素预防感染及PS替代疗法,治疗组在此基础上予大剂量盐酸氨溴索分次静脉滴注,对比观察两组治疗前后疗效。结果:两组治疗前血气分析结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组用药后1、12、24h血气分析结果显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氨溴索治疗新生儿肺透明膜病显著疗效,治疗组在胸片改变、合并肺炎比例、机械通气比例、死亡率等均占明显优势。

Effect of ambroxol hydrochloride as adjunctive therapy on neonatal hyaline membrane disease

Objective: To discuss the clinical efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of neonatal hyaline membrane disease(HMD).Methods: A total of 80 cases with neonatal HMD admitted to our hospital from March 2009 to April 2010 were chosen and divided into two groups.Control group adopted routine treatment including thermal insulation,vital signs monitoring,blood gas analysis,oxygen therapy,antibiotics to prevent infection and PS substitutive therapy,while treatment group,on the basis of routine treatment,received large dose of ambroxol hydrochloride by fractional intravenous drip.The efficacies in two groups before and after the treatment were observed and compared.Results: No statistical differences were observed between two group in blood gas analysis results before treatment(P<0.05).Treatment group had better blood gas analysis results than control group at 1,12 and 24 h after treatment.Differences between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: Ambroxol hydrochloride has remarkable efficacy in the treatment of neonatal HMD.Treatment group is with obvious advantages in chest radiography improvement,the percentage complicated pneumonia and mechanical ventilation,and mortality.
