CTGF和NT-ProBNP联合检测在老年心衰患者诊断中的应用价值

目的:探究分析CTGF和NT-ProBNP联合检测在老年心衰患者诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取我院自2010年1月～2012年10月收治的88例老年心衰患者,将其作为临床研究对象,按患者意愿随机分为两组,治疗组与对照组,每组均为44例,治疗组患者采取CTGF和NT-ProBNP联合检测的方式对患者进行确诊,对照组仅单纯检测NT-ProBNP,观察两组患者经不同方式检测后临床价值。结果:两组比较中,治疗组患者治疗后心室射血与舒张功能有明显好转,且对照组患者住院时间较治疗组患者长,患心功能三级例数治疗组多,且治疗组快速恢复23例(52.27%)较对照组快速恢复5例(11.36%)多,P均<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:在经不同的检测方式后,CTGF和NT-ProBNP联合检测在老年心衰患者诊断中有较为重要的应用价值,对患者临床治疗有积极作用。

Value of joint detection of CTGF and NT-ProBNP in diagnosis of heart failure among elderly patients

Objective: To explore the value of joint detection of CTGF and NT-ProBNP in diagnosis of heart failure diagnosis among elderly patients.Methods:A total of 88 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to October 2012 were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 44 cases in each group.The treatment group underwent CTGF and NT-ProBNP joint detection for diagnosis;the control group only underwent NT-ProBNP detection alone,the value of two kinds of detection was compared.Results: The treatment group showed significant improvements in ventricular ejection and diastolic function.The control group was hospitalized longer.More cases in the treatment group showed grade 3 cardiac function,23(52.27%) cases recovered fast,and 5(11.36%) cases recovered relatively fast(P all <0.05).Conclusion: Joint CTGF and NT-ProBNP detection is more valuable than NT-ProBNP detection alone in diagnosis and treatment of heart failure among elderly patients.
