氨溴索对变应性鼻炎患者黏液纤毛传输功能及组胺、炎性指标的影响

目的:探讨氨溴索对变应性鼻炎患者黏液纤毛传输功能及组胺、炎性指标的影响。方法:选取2010年1月～2012年9月于本院进行常规治疗的29例变应性鼻炎患者为对照组,同期采用常规治疗加氨溴索进行治疗的29例患者为观察组,后将两组患者治疗前及治疗后3、7d的血清组胺、MTR、SCT、MCC及多项白细胞介素、IFN-γ、TNF-α、CRP、TNF-β水平进行比较。结果:观察组的血清组胺、MTR、SCT、MCC及多项白细胞介素、IFN-γ、TNF-α、CRP、TNF-β水平改善幅度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:氨溴索对变应性鼻炎患者黏液纤毛传输功能及组胺、炎性指标的影响较大,主要为通过改善鼻腔纤毛状态来达到改善炎性状态的目的。

Influence of ambroxol on mucociliary transporting function and histamine, inflammatory indexes of patients with allergic rhinitis

Objective: To study the influence of ambroxol on mucociliary transporting function and histamine,inflammatory indexes of patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods:A total of 29 patients with allergic rhinitis who were treated with routine treatment in our hospital from January 2010 to September 2012 were selected as control group,and 29 patients who were treated with routine treatment and ambroxol at the same time were selected as observation group,then the serum histamine,MTR,SCT,MCT and various interleukin,IFN-γ,TNF-α,CRP,TNF-β of two groups before and after the treatment on third and seventh day were compared.Results:Serum histamine,MTR,SCT,MCC and various interleukin,IFN-γ,TNF-α,CRP,TNF-β in observation group were more significantly improved than those of control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions:Ambroxol has significant influence on the mucociliary transporting function and histamine,inflammatory indexes of patients with allergic rhinitis,and it can improve the inflammatory state by improving the nasal cilia state.
