漳州市涂阳肺结核患者耐药性基线调查

摘    要:目的了解漳州市涂阳肺结核患者耐药现状,为防治提供依据。方法 2010年至2011年随机抽取漳州市4个区县发现的涂阳肺结核患者,阳性标本进行细菌鉴定后做药敏试验(利福平、异烟肼、链霉素、氧氟沙星、卡那霉素等)。结果最终纳入的194例中,总耐药率25.3%(49/194),以35~44岁总耐药率最高(35.1%)。单耐药率11.9%,多耐药率4.1%,耐多药率9.3%;耐药患者中11例耐氧氟沙星,其中9例为初治;无卡那霉素耐药患者。结论漳州地区肺结核耐药较严重,面临耐多药的挑战,应采取积极有效措施遏制耐药结核病疫情。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the drug resistance of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis(TB) cases in Zhang- zhou for the disease control and prevention. Methods Smear positive TB cases in four counties were randomly selected from 2010 to 2011. The samples were identified and drug(rifampicin, isoniazid, streptomycin, ofloxacin and kanamy- cin and so on) susceptibility tests were carried out. Results Totally 194 smear positive TB cases were enrolled. The to- tal drug resistance rate account for 25.3 % (49/194) and the highest rate was in aged 35-44 group(35.1%). The single drug resistance rate was 11.9 M, the two drugs resistance rate was 4.1 %, and multi-drugs resistance rate was 9.3 %. In drug resistant cases, 11 cases were resistant to ofloxacin, and 9 of them were new cases,and no case was resistant to kanamycin. Conclusion The prevalence of drug resistant TB in Zhangzhou is still serious and TB control faced with. the challenge of multi-drug resistance. Active and effective measures should be taken to control TB drug resistance.
