甲基泼尼松与丙种球蛋白对病毒性脑炎儿童神经及免疫影响

摘    要:目的:探讨大剂量甲泼尼松龙、静脉丙种球蛋白联合治疗对儿童病毒性脑炎红细胞免疫、红细胞多项指数及神经功能因子的影响。方法:将50例儿童病毒性脑炎患者随机分为对照组(常规治疗组)25例和观察组(大剂量甲泼尼松龙联合丙种球蛋白组)25例,然后将两组治疗前及治疗后3d的红细胞免疫、红细胞多项指数及神经功能因子水平进行比较。结果:观察组治疗后3d的红细胞多项指数及神经功能因子水平均低于对照组,而红细胞免疫也优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大剂量甲泼尼松龙、静脉丙种球蛋白联合治疗对儿童病毒性脑炎红细胞免疫、红细胞多项指数及神经功能因子的影响较大,对于机体状态及疾病的改善更为有效。

Influence of methylprednisolone combined with intravenous immunoglobulin nerve function and immunity of children with viral meningitis
Abstract:Objective: To investigate the influence of large dose of methylprednisolone combined with intravenous immunoglobulin on erythrocyte immune,various erythrocyte indexes and nerve function factor of children with viral meningitis.Methods:A total of 50 children with viral meningitis from January 2010 to November 2012 were randomly divided into control group(routine treatment group)and observation group(large dose of methylprednisolone combined with immunoglobulin group) by half,then the erythrocyte immune,erythrocyte index and nerve function factor of two groups before the treatment and on the 3 d day after the treatment were compared.Results:The erythrocyte index and nerve function factor of observation group on the 3 d day after the treatment were all significantly lower than those indexes of control group,and the erythrocyte immune were significantly better than those indexes of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Large dose of methylprednisolone combined with intravenous immunoglobulin has significant effect on the erythrocyte immune,various erythrocyte index and nerve function factor of children with viral meningitis,and it is effective in the improvement of body state.
