光子氧透射液体疗法治疗脑囊虫病研究

应用光子氧透射液体疗法和常规营养疗法，对１６６ 例脑囊虫病患者进行了对比治疗观察。结果除１ 例过敏体质患者外，经光子氧透射液体疗法治疗１ 个疗程的１０９ 例康复期脑囊虫病患者的总有效率达８１ ．６５ ％ 、治愈率２２．９４％ ，均高于常规营养疗法治疗的４４ 例类似病情患者（总有效率和治愈率分别为６５．９１ ％ 和１５ ．９１％ ）（Ｐ＜０ ．０５） 。对光子氧透射液体疗法治疗的部分康复期患者治疗前后脑电图对照分析，显示受检的２３ 例患者中，１９ 例治疗前脑电图异常者，疗后１３ 例（６８．４２％ ）脑电图异常程度减轻或恢复。提示该疗法能改善脑组织代谢，促进脑功能恢复。研究还证明该疗法对急性期脑囊虫病患者也有一定的治疗作用，但不能取代甘露醇和激素的治疗。

PRELIMINARY EXPLORATION ON TREATMENT OF NEUROCYSTICERCOSIS BY THERAPY OF ULTRAVIOLET IRRADIATING LIQUID WITH OXYGENATION

Cysticercosis is a common parasitic disease threatening human health in many developing countries. There is no ideal therapy for convalescent cases. However, a new therapeutic method called the therapy of ultraviolet irradiating liquid with oxygenation (UILO) has been proved to be effective for cerebral infarction. In the present study, 166 patients with neurocysticercosis were classified according to the number of anti cysticercus course they had received and their brain CT, and UILO was employed in the treatment of these cases and its effect compared with that of routine trophic transfusion (RTT). As a result, the effective rate and cure rate of 109 cases with convalescence of neurocysticercosis treated with UILO were 81.65% and 22.94% respectively, and higher than those of 44 cases with similar state of neurocysticercosis treated with RTT (65.91%, 15.91% respectively). Comparison of EEG showed that abnormal EEG occurred in 19 out of 23 examined cases with convalescence of neurocysticercosis before they were treated with UILO, and the degree of EEG abnormality was reduced or became normal in 13 cases (68.42%)after, which indicated UILO could improve cerebral metabolism and function. UILO was also effective to acute stage of neurocysticercosis, although it could not completely substitute for mannitol and cortical hormone.
