| 摘 要： | 目的 了解少数民族大学生的个性差异，为开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法 采用卡特尔16种人格因素对少数民族大学生进行问卷调查，并进行统计处理。结果 少数民族大学生分别与常模、师范学生比较，其个性特征均存在差异性。

| Abstract: | Objective To know the personality difference of ethnic minority college students and provide basis for psychology health education. Methods Ethnic minority college students were given questionnaire of 16PF and were calculated. Result Personality differences exist between ethnic minority students and normal university students and model. |
