灯盏细辛化学成分的研究Ⅱ

摘    要: 目的研究灯盏细辛(Erigeron breviscapus)的水溶性成分。方法采用柱层分离,从灯盏细辛正丁醇部位中分离纯化了4个黄酮类化合物,并根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定了结构。结果4个化合物的结构分别为5,6,4′三羟基黄酮-7-O-β-D吡喃葡萄糖醛酸乙酯(Ⅶ),芹菜素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷(Ⅷ),芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅸ),山萘酚(Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅶ为新化合物,化合物Ⅹ为首次从本植物中分得。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the water soluble chemical constituents of Erigeron breviscapus.METHODS The constituents were separated and purified by using columm chromatography.These compounds were identified by their physical and spectral data. RESULTS Four compounds were identified as 5,6,4′-trihydroxy flavonoid-7-O-β-D-pyranglycuronate ethyl ester (Ⅶ),apigenin-7-O-β-D-pyranglycuronide(Ⅷ),apigenin-7-O-β-D-pyranglucose(Ⅸ),kaempferol(Ⅹ).CONCLUSION Compound Ⅶ was a new compound.And compound Ⅹ was separated from this plant for the first time.
