生殖细胞巨细胞病毒感染的研究进展

巨细胞病毒(cytomegalovirus,CMV)是引起人类先天性病毒感染最常见的病原体之一,在已知的病毒宫内感染性疾病中最易引起胎儿宫内发育迟缓、畸形、听力视力障碍、智力低下甚至胎死宫内。近年来CMV感染的发病机制研究有了一定的进展,现就生殖细胞以及受精卵能否携带病毒而引起胎儿先天性CMV感染的研究进展做一综述。

Research in cytomegalovirus infection on germ cells

Cytomegalovirus(CMV) is one of the most common pathogens which cause congenital(virus) infections in human.It is the most frequent cause of human intrauterine virus infections resulting in fetal intrauterine growth retardation,development abnormalities,audio-visual impairment, mental retardation and even stillbirth.In recent years,some research progress in CMV infection mechanism has been made.This article will give an overview about whether germ cells and zygotes could be infected and whether the infected cells,if any,could subsequently cause fetal congenital CMV infections.
