自体富血小板血浆在面部年轻化中的应用

目的:评估自体富血小板血浆(PRP)在面部年轻化中的应用效果和安全性。方法:对18例面部皮肤老化就医者采用自体PRP皮内注射,每间隔4周1次,共3次,于每次治疗前及治疗结束后1、2、3个月采用VISIA及SOFT皮肤检测仪对就医者面部皮肤进行斑点、皱纹、纹理、毛孔、水分、弹性定量检测,并记录不良反应,临床医生根据各项定量检测结果综合评估应用效果。结果:所有就医者经过3次治疗后,面部肤质改善明显,VISIA检测中斑点、皱纹、纹理、毛孔特征分值较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05),SOFT检测中皮肤水分、弹性检测分值治疗前均明显升高(P<0.05),治疗结束后3个月,各项检测指标分值均维持于第3次治疗前及治疗结束后1个月间,具有良好的维持效应。结论:自体PRP皮内注射在面部年轻化治疗中具有疗效确切、操作简单及安全可靠的优点。

Clinical Observation on the Application of Autologous Platelet-Rich Plasmain for Facial Rejuvenation

Objective To evaluate the effi cacy and safety of autologous Platelet-Rich Plasma(PRP)in the application for facial rejuvenation.Methods A total of 18 clients with skin aging in face were treated by autologous PRP intradermal injection,once four weeks for 3 times,evaluation was based on VISIA and SOFT complexion analysis system in every time before treatment and 1th,2th,3th after fi nished treatment;The item of detection include skin spots,wrinkles,texture,pore,moisture and elasticity,the adverse reaction was recorded during the treatment,the physicians evaluated the application effect base on the detection result of all items.Results The skin quality of all clients improve obviously through three times treatment,the core of skin spots,wrinkles,texture,pore in VISIA complexion analysis system were dramatic decline than before treatment(P<0.05),the core of moisture and elasticity in CK complexion analysis system were signifi cantly increase than before treatment(P<0.05),the core of every detection items of 3th month after fi nished treatment,range in the core before third treatment to 1th month after fi nished treatment,the result shows the good maintenance effect by this treatment.Conclusion Autologous PRP injection has the advantages of excellent curative effect,simple operation and safety in the application for facial rejuvenation.
