低温引起的苏醒延迟1例

[背景 ]探讨低温引起的苏醒延迟 .[病例报告 ]给诊断为食管上段癌的 1例施行空肠代食管术 ,麻醉方法采用硬膜外麻醉加全身麻醉 ,手术时间为 6h ,手术麻醉期间监测血压、心率、氧饱和度、心电图及尿量 ,未监测体温 .手术麻醉期间血压基本稳定、尿量正常、麻醉药用量较少 ,手术结束后患者苏醒延迟 .[讨论 ]施行开胸手术和开腹手术时散热很快 ,尤其是手术时间较长时散热更快 ,此时应监测体温 ,根据患者的体温采取调节手术室内的温度、输入液体温度及利用电热毯等升温措施 ,以防止因低体温而引起的苏醒延迟及并发症

One case of regaining consciousness delay induced by hypothermia

BACKGROUNDTo explore the reason of regaining consciousness delay induced by hypothermia.?CASE REPORT?One case of upper esophagus carcinoma was performed the esophagus resection and replaced with small intestine by epidural and general anesthesia and the time of operation was 6?h. During the anesthesia, the BP, HR, SpO 2, ECG and urinary quantity were detected except the body temperature, and the blood pressure was stable, urinary quantity was normal and anesthetic was used less. However, the patient was delayed regaining consciousness after operation.?DISCUSSION?The body temperature should be detected because the quantity of heat is gave off quickly during thoracolaparotomy, especially the operation time is longer. If patient's body temperature is lower, some methods can be used to raise the temperature, such as adjusting operation room temperature with air condition, warm liquid infusion et al ., to prevent delaying of regaining consciousness induced by the hypothermia and happening complications.
