“探究为基础的学习”教改的研究与实践

摘    要:在探究为基础的学习(RBL)教改实践中,针对80后大学生特点,通过使学生建立对科学研究过程的正确认识、坚持学生独立完成原则、加强导师指导与辅助、选题注重与临床联系、加强对学生良好工作习惯培养等一系列措施,取得了很好的教学效果。认为RBL有利于提高学生综合素质与能力、转换学生心理角色、改变传统教学模式不足,是一条值得探索的教学途径。

Practice and thought on research-based learning

Abstract:In the practice of research-based learning,according to the characteristics of 1980s students,students are enabled to understand the seientifie researeh process correctly, required to complete tasks independently and the guidance and support from the instructors have been strengthened. Students select a subject associated with clinical medicine,and have been trained to form a good work habit. The result is good and suggests that RBL is a useful way to improve the overall quality of students,to convert the psyehological role of students,and to get rid of the shortcomings of traditional teaching model.
