老年人轻度帕金森病样体征及其危险因素的研究

目的探讨老年人轻度帕金森病样体征(MPS)发生的危险因素。方法随机选取无明显神经系统疾病的老年人240例,比较伴发MPS(MPS组,64例)与无MPS者(MPS组,176例)患有脑白质损害、静止性脑梗死、糖尿病、高血压、冠心病的差异,logistic多因素回归分析MPS的危险因素。结果MPS组较无MPS组患者的年龄(P<0.05)、出现脑白质损害的比例(P<0.01)及糖尿病的比例(P<0.01)明显增高,logistic多因素回归分析显示,脑白质损害、糖尿病及年龄仍是MPS发生的危险因素。结论MPS是老年人常见的神经系统体征,其发生与脑白质损害、糖尿病有显著关系。

Study on the risk factors of mild parkinsonian signs in older people

Objective To explore the risk factors of mild parkinsonian signs(MPS) in older people.Methods 240 elderly persons in good health condition were recruited by random sampling of veterans aged≥65 for this study.Participants were evaluated for presence of hypertension,diabetes mellitus,silent cerebral infarction(SCI) and white matter lesion(WML).MPS were rated with an abbreviated version of the motor portion of the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS).Comparisons of above mentioned accompanying conditions were made between groups of elderly with MPS and without MPS,multiple logistic analysis was used for assessing presence of MPS.Results Sixty-four(26.7%) of the older people had MPS.Persons with MPS were significantly older(P<0.05),more likely to have WML(P<0.01) and diabetes mellitus(P<0.01)compared with those without MPS.Multiple logistic analysis showed similar results,indicating that WML and diabetes mellitus as well as age were the risk factors for presence of MPS.Conclusions MPS were common among the older persons.Aggressive prevention and treatment of WML and diabetes mellitus may have important clinical significance in decreasing severity of MPS and improving life quality of elderly.
