| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血红素加氧酶-2与妊娠高血压综合征发病机理的关系.方法应用ABC免疫组化染色法检测42例妊高征和14例正常妊娠孕妇胎盘组织中HO-2的表达,通过高清晰彩色病理图文分析系统对其定量分析.结果 HO-2在正常妊娠胎盘的合体滋养层细胞及绒毛细胞内皮细胞中均有表达.中、重度妊高征胎盘组织中HO-2的表达明显低于正常组(P<0.01).结论胎盘组织中HO-2表达水平降低可能参与了妊高征的发病过程.

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the role of placental hemeoxygenaxe-2 in the pathogenesis of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome (PIH). Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of HO-2 in placental tissue of 42 PIH women and 14 normal pregnant women, High resolution pathological image analysis system was used to determine the quantity of HO-2 in these placental tissue. Results: HO-2 is expressed prominently in placental syncytotrophoblast and in villus vascular endothelium. Level of HO-2 Expression was reduced significantly in moderate and severe PIH placentas when compared to the normal placenta ( P <0.01). Conclusion: The lower expression of hemeoxygenaxe-2 in placental tissue may be involved in the development of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome. |
