| 摘 要： | 目的对Long-Evans大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞（bone mesenchymal stem cells，BMSCs）进行分离培养，并检测其生物学特性。方法采用0．85％NH4Cl分离培养Long-Evans大鼠股骨来源BMSCs，检测生长曲线和生长周期，并进行细胞表面抗原和成骨能力鉴定。结果BMSCs体外培养生长状况良好，具有活跃的增殖能力。第5代细胞生长速度较第3代略减慢。细胞周期显示93．79％细胞处于G0～G1期。表面抗原检测绝大多数细胞阳性表达CD29和CD90，几乎不表达CD45。在体外能够向成骨细胞分化。结论Long-Evans大鼠股骨来源骨髓间充质干细胞经0．85％NH4Cl分离培养后，纯度高，具有良好生物学特性。

| Abstract: | Objective To isolate and cultivate Long-Evans rat bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) and identify their biological characteristics. Methods BMSCs were obtained from femurs of Long-Evan rats and dealt with 0.85 NH4Cl. The cell growth curve and cell cycle were measured and surface antigens were detected by flow cytometry.
