| 摘 要： | 目的:总结中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎护理体会。方法:自2000年3月—2008年12月收治重症急性胰腺炎病人28例,针对病人的临床特点,中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎,重点加强一般护理、情志护理、营养支持、病情观察护理、加强感染观察和基础护理、用药护理、健康指导。结果:综合中西医的理念来治疗与护理,获得满意的治疗护理效果。
