| 摘 要： | 目的 观察羟苯磺酸钙联合复方肾衰汤治疗慢性肾脏病的疗效. 方法 44例慢性肾脏病患者给予羟苯磺酸钙和复方肾衰汤联合治疗4周,观察治疗前后肾功能、血尿酸、血象、肝功能及尿常规变化. 结果 与治疗前比较,口服羟苯磺酸钙和复方肾衰汤后,血肌酐与血尿酸1周开始下降,持续降低至4周(P<0.01);血尿素在4周降低(P<0.01);治疗期间患者血象、肝功能及尿蛋白无改变(P>0.05). 结论 羟苯磺酸钙联合复方肾衰汤能够延缓慢性肾功能不全的进展. |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of calcium dobesilate combined with the compound soup for treating renal failure on chronic kidney diseases(CKD)and its mechanism.
