| 摘 要： | 目的研究“盆炎洁颗粒”的解热镇痛作用。方法皮下注射啤酒酵母悬液致发热模型，观察“盆炎洁颗粒”解热作用；醋酸扭体法致腹痛模型，观察“盆炎洁颗粒”镇痛作用。结果“盆炎洁颗粒”能明显降低啤酒酵母所致的大鼠直肠温度升高，并使醋酸所致小鼠腹痛时的扭体次数明显减少。结论“盆炎洁颗粒”具有明显的解热和镇痛作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the antipyretic and analgesic effects of "PenYanJieKeli".Methods The antipyretic effect was determined with the models of subcutaneous injection of dried yeast suspension.The analgesic effect was determined with the models of acetic acid writhing.Results "PenYanJieKeli"could significantly inhibit the fever induced by yeast and lessen writhing times of mice.Conclusion "PenYanJieKeli"possesses obvious antipyretic and analgesic effects. |
