| 摘 要： | 目的 研究增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）在星形细胞瘤中的表达与肿瘤病理分级的关系，讨论ＰＣＮＡ在星形细胞瘤预后判断上的价值。方法 ＳＰ免疫组化方法对１０１例星形细胞瘤的ＰＣＮＡ表达进行观察，并着重对同一标本含有多个不同病理分级区的２２例肿瘤的ＰＣＮＡ阳性细胞百分率进行分析。结果 随着病理级别的升高，ＰＣＮＡ阳性细胞百分率升高，同一病例的不同病病分级区的ＰＣＮＡ的表达也呈同样的规律。结论 ＰＣＮＡ较准确

| Abstract: | Objective To examine the relationship between immurnohistochemical expression of the proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and patholoy grade in astroxcytomas, to discuss the value of PCNA in astrocytoma prognosis estinmation. Methods A SP immuohistochemical staining technique was under taken for detection the expression of PCNA in 101 astrocytomas, in which, 22 cases had specimen of varyfing pathology areas. Results The percents of PCNA positive labeling cells increased along with the growing of pathology grade in astrocyttomas. Conclusion this study suggests that the determination of PCNA is an useful indicator for the astrocytomas prognosis estimation. |
