| 摘 要： | 肺移植术后的并发症主要包括缺血再灌注损伤、急性排异反应和感染、闭塞性细支气管炎为表现的慢性同种异体移植物功能障碍。白介素-10是一个多效应的细胞因子，可通过抑制炎性免疫反应和T细胞介导的免疫反应，对减轻肺移植术后的并发症有一定的作用。

| Abstract: | Complications after lung transplantation include ischemia-reperfusion injury,acute rejection and infection,and chronic allograft dysfunction in the form of bronchiolitis obliterans.Interleukin-10(IL-10) is a pleiotropic cytokine.IL-10 can relieve complications after lung transplantation through inhibition of inflammatory immune responses and T-cell mediated immune responses. |
