| 摘 要： | 经皮冠状动脉介入治疗已成为治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)的重要手段,但术后再狭窄仍是冠心病介入治疗的难题。本文从内皮细胞损伤和功能障碍与再狭窄的关系及改善内皮细胞功能、促进内皮细胞生理性恢复,从而预防再狭窄方面所取得的成果作一综述。

| Abstract: | Percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) was widely used to treat patients with coronary artery disease.But the restenosis after PCI is a critical problem. In this paper,we will review the relationship between the endothelial dysfunction and restenosis after PCI.The recent research progress and the existing problems about the recovery of the endothelium and inhibition of restenosis were also reviewed in this paper. |
