| 摘 要： | 患者阴茎红斑、糜烂半年余。皮肤科情况:阴茎背侧包皮内板可见一直径约1.5~2.0cm大小不规则红斑,微隆起,,边界清,触之有浸润感,表面轻度糜烂,初步诊断为浆细胞性包皮龟头炎。给予雷公藤多甙、艾洛松等治疗未见明显好转,持续两年后复诊皮疹有增大趋势,转至泌尿外科行阴茎部分切除术,皮损组织病理示:增殖性红斑恶变伴浸润。诊断:增殖性红斑-鳞状细胞癌。术后伤口愈合良好。
