摘 要: | 目的:观察毕格犬接受旋转刺激后血液应激相关激素的变化及前庭功能锻炼的影响,探讨应激相关激素与运动病的关系。方法:选取运动病敏感的8只毕格犬,进行旋转刺激,诱发运动病,测定呕吐潜伏期。用放射免疫分析法测定血浆精氨酸加压素(AVP)、肾上腺素与去甲肾上腺素水平,观察旋转刺激前后的变化。接着前庭功能锻炼3个月后,观察呕吐潜伏期的变化,并测定旋转刺激前后相应的激素水平。结果:(1)毕格犬经前庭功能锻炼后,旋转刺激引起的呕吐潜伏期显著延长;潜伏期为8.38±2.03min,功能锻炼后延长至27.75±2.25min(P<0.01)。(2)前庭功能锻炼前旋转刺激前血浆AVP水平为9.34±1.24pg/mL,旋转刺激后16.14±1.20pg/mL;前庭功能锻炼后旋转刺激前血浆AVP水平为14.12±1.51pg/mL,旋转刺激后13.61±1.28pg/mL。前庭功能锻炼前,旋转刺激引起血浆AVP水平提高(P<0.05),前庭功能锻炼后,血浆AVP的基础水平升高(P<0.05),但对旋转刺激的反应明显减弱。(3)前庭功能锻炼前旋转刺激前血浆肾上腺素水平为2.31±0.08ng/mL,旋转刺激后2.42±0.11ng/mL,去甲肾上腺素水平为99.15±4.75pg/mL,旋转刺激后108.07±4.53pg/mL;前庭功能锻炼后旋转刺激前血浆肾上腺素水平为2.32±0.07ng/mL,旋转刺激后2.51±0.14ng/mL,去甲肾上腺素水平为97.45±4.58pg/mL,旋转刺激后105.35±4.14pg/mL。旋转刺激及前庭功能锻炼对血浆肾上腺素与去甲肾上腺素水平的改变,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:(1)毕格犬进行前庭功能锻炼可引起机体适应,抑制运动病;(2)前庭功能锻炼能提高血浆AVP基础水平,减弱对运动病诱发刺激的反应。

Effects of vestibular training in Beagle dogs on the plasma level of stress-related hormones |

Abstract: | Objective:To observe the changes in the plasma levels of stress-related hormones in Beagle dogs after rotatory stimulation and after vestibular training,and to approach the relationship of motion sickness with these hormones.Methods:Eight female Beagle dogs susceptible to motion sickness were stimulated with rotation,and the latency to vomiting was measured.The plasma levels of arginine vasopressin(AVP),adrenalin and noradrenalin were analyzed with radioimmunoassay before and after rotating,and after 3 months of vestibular training.Results:(1)Vestibular training induced notable prolongation in the latency to vomiting in dogs evoked by the rotatory stimulation(P<0.01).(2)Before vestibular training,the plasma levels of AVP before and after rotatory stimulation were 9.34±1.24pg/mL and 16.14±1.20pg/mL respectively;After vestibular training,the plasma levels of AVP before and after rotatory stimulation were 14.12±1.51pg/mL and 13.61±1.28pg/mL respectively.The rotatory stimulation elevated the plasma level of AVP before the vestibular training(P<0.05) and the vestibular training raised the basal level of AVP(P<0.05),but inhibited the elevatory response of plasma AVP to rotatory stimulation.(3)Before the vestibular training,the plasma levels of adrenalin before and after rotatory stimulation were 2.31±0.08ng/mL and 2.42±0.11ng/mL respectively,and noradrenalin was 99.15±4.75pg/mL and 108.07±4.53pg/mL respectively;After the vestibular training,the plasma levels of adrenalin before and after rotatory stimulation were 2.32±0.07ng/mL and 2.51±0.14ng/mL respectively,and noradrenalin was 97.45±4.58pg/mL and 105.35±4.14pg/mL respectively.The plasma levels of adrenalin and noradrenalin were not notably changed by the rotatory stimulation or vestibular training(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The Beagle dogs could acquire an adaption to rotatory stimulation after vestibular training,and thus reduce the development of motion sickness.(2)Vestibular training could elevate the basal level of AVP,but reduce its response to rotatory stimulation. |
