| 摘 要： | 目的：研究精液是否液化对精子活动力、存活率的影响；方法：选取100例不育症患者的精液，分为液化组与不液化组，进行检查分析；结果：精液不液化组精子活动力、精子存活率较精液液化组精子活动力、精子存活率下降，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；结论：精液不液化是影响精子活动力、精子存活率并导致男性不育的的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective： Whether the semen liquefaction research on sperm motility, the influence of the survival rate. Methods： Se- lect 100 cases of infertility patients＇ semen, divided into liquefaction group and not liquefaction group, for inspection analysis. Results： Semen liquefaction sperm motility, not of sperm survival rate is semen liquefaction sperm motility, sperm survival rate of decline, the differenc have statistical significance. Conclusions： Semen liquefaction is not affect sperm motility, sperm survival rate of male infertility and the important factors. |
