骨科手术后下肢深静脉血栓的防治研究

目的：分析和阐述骨科手术后下肢深静脉血栓的防治方式.方法：通过考察和分析40例患者的临床治疗资料.结果：在进行了这40例患者的临床治疗后,这些患者的各项指标和生命体征都达到正常水平,未发生任何严重的并发症,40例患者都能够健康出院.结论：一般来说,因为注入术后制动、仰卧及麻醉术后卧床牵引制动等种种原因,骨折患者容易引起周围静脉舒张等病症,甚至形成下肢深静脉血栓,所以,对于这些患者来说,若要进行有效地骨科手术后下肢深静脉血栓的防治,加强功能锻炼并进行用药是预防下肢深静脉血栓及其相应并发症的关键因素.所以,对于医护人员来说,大量有效地健康宣传,是对其进行预防的关键,这样可以更好地帮助患者克服疾病,认识疾病预防的重要性.

The prevention of deep venous thrombosis after orthopedic surgery

Objective：To analyze and discuss the way after the orthopaedic surgery and lothe prevent and control of deep vein thrombosis. Methods： Through the investigation and analysis of 40 patient＇s clinical data. Result：In the clinical treatment of 40 patients after each index of these patients and vital signs at normal levels,there are not any serious compllcations,40 patients were able to be healthy from the hospital. Conclusion： Generally speaking,because the brake,supine and so on,it is easy for the fracture patients to cause around the disease such as the blood vein,even the DVT,so, for these patients,if they want to prevent and control the DVT,they should strengthen the function of exercise and drug use in order to control the DVT. So, for the health care workers,the effective health promotions are the key to prevention,it can better help the patients to overcome disease, know the importance of disease prevention.
