| 摘 要： | 目的：研究家庭护理干预对前列腺增生患者生命质量及主观幸福感的影响.方法：选择良性前列腺增生患者,随机分为给予家庭护理干预的观察组和给予普通护理的对照组,观察前列腺症状、主观幸福感、生命质量、自我护理能力和社会支持情况.结果：观察组的IPSS评分明显低于对照组,MUNSH评分、QOLS评分、ESCA评分、社会客观支持评分、社会主观支持评分明显高于对照组.结论：家庭护理干预能够有效提高患者的主观幸福感、生命质量和自我护理能力,增加所得到的社会支持,具有积极的治疗意义.

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the family nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with hyperplasia of prostate and influence the subjective well--being. Methods ： The patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,were randomly divided into giving the family nursing intervention group were observed and give the general nursing in the control group, observation of prostatic symptoms, subjective well--being, quality of life, and social sup- port self care ability. Result ： The observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, 1PSS score, MUNSH 5core, QOLS score, ESCA score,objective social support score, social subjective support score was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion：Family nursing inter- vention can effectively improve the patients＇ subjective well--being, quality of life and self care ability, increase the social support, has positive thera- peutic significance. |
