| 摘 要： | 单克隆抗体对相应的抗原有高度特异性。因此,利用单抗作为特异性载体制成导向药物(免疫偶联物),对于治疗肿瘤有巨大潜力和引人瞩目的前景。文章对烯二炔类抗肿瘤抗生素.特别对新制癌菌素、力达霉素和calicheamicins及其单克隆抗体免疫偶联物的研究进展作了概述。

| Abstract: | Monoclonal antibody (McAb) was highly specific- to its antigen. Therefore, it was very attractive to explore the possible use of McAb and its conjugate for cancer treatment. The antitumor antibiotics of enediyne including neocarzinostatin, lidamycin. calicheamicins and their monoclonal antibody immunoconjugate were specifically summarized. |
