我院500例药品不良反应监测报告分析

目的了解我院药品不良反应发生的特点和规律，为临床合理用药提供信息。方法对我院2006年1月1日-2007年12月31日收集并上报的500份药品不良反应报告进行回顾性分析与评价。结果在500例不良反应中，过敏反应居多，其次是消化系统的不良反应。抗菌药物、注射剂及静脉给药途径是引起不良反应发生的三大主要因素。药品不良反应的报告者主要是医师（72％）和药师（16．4％）。结论加强药品不良反应监测及其相关知识的宣传，指导临床合理用药，减少不良反应的重复发生。

Analysis on monitoring reports of 500 cases of adverse drug reactions

Aim To review the characteristics and the regular pattern of adverse drug reaction（ADR） in the Third People＇ s Hospital of Bengbu city, in order to provide the information for rational use of medicine. Method 500 ADR cases had been collected from Jan. 1, 2006 to Dec. 31.2006,which had been reported. All the cases were analyzed and evaluated. Results Among the 500 cases,the main types of ADRs were the allergic reactions. The next was digestire reaction. Antibacterial drugs, injection, the vein drop note are three main factors which induce ADR. Most of the ADR cases were reported by physicians （72.00%） and apothecaries （ 16.40% ）. Conclusion ADR monitoring must be strengthened and knowledge of ADR must be publicized, in order to guide the clinically rational use of drugs and decrease the reappearance of ADR.
