ET、NO与绝经后骨质疏松症关系的临床研究

摘    要:为探讨内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO)与绝经后骨质疏松症的关系.应用酶联免疫法测定患者E2、ET,硝酸还原酶法测量NO的含量,应用回归相关统计方法分析绝经后骨质疏松症患者ET-1、NO与BMD、E2的关系.结果显示ET-1与NO、BMD、E2均呈显著性负相关,NO与BMD、E2均呈显著性正相关,BMD与E2呈显著性正相关.表明在绝经后骨质疏松症发病机理中,内皮素和一氧化氮与病情关系密切且互相影响.绝经后,雌激素水平下降,内皮细胞功能障碍,ET和NO分泌失调,破骨细胞活性增强,骨吸收增加,骨密度下降,从而形成骨质疏松症.

Abstract:In order to study the relation of ET (Endothelins) and NO (Nitrogen monoxide) to postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMO) , E2 and ET in PMO patients were detected by ELISA; NO level was detected by nitrate reductase; and the relation of ET-1 and NO to BMD and E2 in PMO patients was analyzed by the regression-correlation statistical method. The results showed that ET-1 was much negatively correlated to NO, BMD and E2, while NO was much positively correlated to BMD and E2 and so was BMD to E2, suggesting that in PMO pathogenetic mechanism, ET-1 and NO were closely related to the disease conditions, they influenced each other; estrogen level descent, endothelial cell dysfunction, ET and NO dyssecretosis, osteoclasts activity enhancement, bone absorption increase and BMD descent in postmenopausal women may cause osteoporosis.
