肺癌患者围手术期间免疫功能的测定

目的：探讨肺癌患者围手术期机体免疫功能的变化。方法：测定35例肺癌患者围手术红细胞C3b受体花环率（RBC-C3bRR)和红细胞免疫复合物花环率（RBC-ICR）、T淋巴细胞亚群及血清免疫球蛋白。结果：肺癌患者术前RBC-C3bRR、CD3、CD4均明显降低。RBC-ICR、CD8明显增高，血清免疫球蛋白无明显改变，肺肿瘤切除术后30d，红细胞免疫功能指标和T淋巴细胞亚群基本恢复正常。结论：肺癌患者免疫功能均有不同程度的低下。手术治疗有助于免疫功能的恢复。红细胞免疫功能和T淋巴细胞亚群检测可作为肺癌患者免疫功能的监测指标。
