摘    要:目的:探讨肺癌患者围手术期机体免疫功能的变化。方法:测定35例肺癌患者围手术红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bRR)和红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR)、T淋巴细胞亚群及血清免疫球蛋白。结果:肺癌患者术前RBC-C3bRR、CD3、CD4均明显降低。RBC-ICR、CD8明显增高,血清免疫球蛋白无明显改变,肺肿瘤切除术后30d,红细胞免疫功能指标和T淋巴细胞亚群基本恢复正常。结论:肺癌患者免疫功能均有不同程度的低下。手术治疗有助于免疫功能的恢复。红细胞免疫功能和T淋巴细胞亚群检测可作为肺癌患者免疫功能的监测指标。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the changes of immune func tion intraoperative period in patien ts with lung cancer Methods:Erythrocyte immune functions, T ly mphocyte subgroup and serum immunoglobulin of 35 patients with lung cancer during intraoperative operiod were determined Results:RBC-C 3bRR, CD 3 and CD 4 were significantly decreased before operation, while RBC-ICR and CD 8 were significantly incre ased The levels of serum immunoglobulin were no significantly changed Erythrocyte i mmune functions and T lymphocyte subgroup in patients with lung cancer would be recovered almost to the normal level in 30 d after operation Conclust ion: There are defects of different degrees in the immune function system for the pat ients with lung cancer Operative treatment can help to recover the immune func tion in these cases To determine to erythrocyte immune functions and T lympho cyte subgroup may be a supervisory indicator of immune function in patients with lung cancer
