| 摘 要： | 目的探索乳鼠视网膜细胞体外诱导骨髓间充质干细胞分化为神经元样细胞的可行性。方法以大鼠BMSCs为研究对象，利用分层共培养的乳鼠视网膜细胞作诱导剂，进行增殖培养、分化诱导；免疫组化法进行细胞性质鉴定。结果加入乳鼠视网膜细胞共培养第7天有神经元样细胞形成，经nestin、NF鉴定为神经元样细胞。结论BMSCs在体外培养条件下，经过新生乳鼠视网膜细胞诱导，可以分化为神经元样细胞。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the feasibility of the inducing action of rentinal cells of rat neonates on the BMSCs.Methods BMSCs were acquired from adult rat.In vitro,the BMSCs were induced by rentinal cells of rat neonates in transwell. Immunohistochemistry were used to identify the cells type. Results On the 7st day after adding rentinal cells of rat neonates, the neural cell modality-like cells appeared,and part of the BMSCs started to express nestin and neurofilament protein. Conclusion The BMSCs can be induced into neur-like cells by rentinal cells d rat neonates. |
