| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨白细胞介素18(IL-18)在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清中的水平变化及其与SLE活动性的关系.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定30例活动性SLE患者(SLE组)血清中IL-18水平,并与20例正常对照者作对照.结果 SLE组患者血清IL-18水平显著高于对照组(P＜0.05),并与系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动指数(SLEDAI)呈正相关.结论 在活动性SLE患者中,可能存在血清IL-18的高表达,血清IL-18在SLE的疾病进展中起一定的作用,与疾病活动有一定的相关性.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of interleukin 18(IL-18) levels in serum in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) and its relationship with the activity of SLE.Methods The serum levels of IL-18 in 30 patients with SLE and 20 healthy subjects were tested by ELISA method.Results The serum levels of IL-18 in active SLE patients were significantly higher than those of healthy subjects(P<0.05),and the serum levels of IL-18 in active SLE patients were correlated positively with SLEDAI scores.Conclusion IL-18 might play certain roles in the pathogenesis of SLE,which might be correlated with the disease activity. |
